Spacious and fully private room available in December, ideally from Dec 1–31, with some flexibility for move-in/out dates (1 month total). €700/month, all bills included. Preferably for women.

Located in Paral·lel, Barcelona, on a quiet street just minutes from Paral·lel metro station. The room has 3 separate areas: bedroom, living room and office, plus a dining table, coffee machine and toaster. The room is very private, as the owners live on the other side of the apartment.

Only the kitchen and bathroom are shared with a lovely, calm and LGBTQIA+ friendly couple in their 60s and their small dog. A peaceful and comfortable home with plenty of privacy.
